NHS & Government Guidance On How We Can Stop The Spread Of Covid-19
Washing Hands Often
Wash your hands often with soap and water or use Alcohol Sanitiser that contains at least 60% alcohol if handwashing facilities are not available. This is particularly important after taking public transport.
Catch it, Bin It, Kill It
Ensure you always cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throwing the tissue in a bin. Catch it, Bin it, Kill it.
Avoid Touching Eyes, Nose and Mouth
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth without washing your hands. Especially important when you have been in public places.
Avoid Close Contact with People who are Unwell
Avoid close contact with people who are unwell. The virus is known to be more vicious with people who have low immune systems due to current illnesses
Clean and Disinfect Surfaces
Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces. This will help prevent the virus transferring to others who touch theses surfaces.
